General Home Inspection Services Information
We provide prompt, competitively priced pre-purchase residential property inspection services throughout all areas of Chicago all of the Suburbs in the Six County Area. Your home inspector will issue a detailed report at the end of your property inspection with summary and  budgets to remedy problem areas including home and family safety concerns

Your report will include items that need to be addressed prior to moving in and during the first few years of ownership and will include budget figures for repairs, maintenance and replacement of them. Your will also receive a private verbal consultation at the end of the inspection to cover any areas that may not be appropriate to discuss with others present. 

Appointments are normally scheduled during daylight hours Monday through Saturday. Sundays are scheduled on a limited basis. Please allow approximately 3 hours for your inspection. We do not overbook our inspectors so they can comfortably stay with you until all of your questions are fully answered in a way that you understand. You will also be able to contact them via cell phone if you have questions later.

Items will be identified that need attention prior to moving in  as well as items that will need to addressed in the next few years. Your home inspector knows how to put every issue into its proper perspective (given the age and style of the home, etc) and provide budget figures for resolving them. Finally, many of the positive features of the home will be pointed out putting everything into balance.

Our thoroughness doesn't cost more. We have a competitive fee structure compared to any company in this area with the experience and competence that our inspectors have. You will be able to find cheaper inspectors, but some may have very little experience since state licensing does not require any actual home inspection experience.
